УСЛОВИЯ УЧАСТИЯ
Для участников очного мероприятия: Предварительная регистрация на сайте, учет участников на стойке регистрации мероприятия, выдача индивидуальных бейджей, сканирование бейджей при входе в залы и выходе из них.
Для слушателей трансляции: Трансляция мероприятия пройдет в Личном кабинете пользователя сайта, после регистрации/входа, пожалуйста, выберете мероприятие «21-й Всероссийский конгресс с международным участием «Современные технологии катарактальной, роговичной и рефракционной хирургии».
Обращаем Ваше внимание, документация по данному учебному мероприятию представлена в Комиссию по оценке учебных мероприятий и материалов для НМО.
Учет присутствия осуществляется с помощью программного обеспечения. Система проведения онлайн-трансляции фиксирует активное время подключения пользователя по неизменному индивидуальному User ID.
Контроль присутствия будут обеспечивать интерактивные опросы через разные временные интервалы.
Условия подтверждения присутствия считаются выполненными пользователем, если пользователь подтвердил присутствие:
- 30.09.2021 в более, чем 70% опросов (4 контроля присутствия из 6 возможных) и общая продолжительность просмотра ОМ будет не менее 270 минут научно-образовательной программы.
- 01.10.2021 в более, чем 70% опросов (4 контроля присутствия из 6 возможных) и общая продолжительность просмотра ОМ будет не менее 270 минут научно-образовательной программы.
- 02.10.2021 в более, чем 70% опросов (4 контроля присутствия из 6 возможных) и общая продолжительность просмотра ОМ будет не менее 270 минут научно-образовательной программы.
Вход на трансляцию осуществляется не ранее, чем за 2 часа до ее начала. При завершении трансляции, сеанс у всех присутствующих прекращается.
Для просмотра трансляций рекомендуем использовать браузер Google Chrome.
Инструментами обратной связи являются "Чат трансляции" и горячая линия 8 (925) 149 10 97 и почта info@oor.ru.

The event is submitted for CME accreditation
The participant registration fee for the Congress delegates is set as follows:
* the discount is given only to active members of the Russian Ophthalmology Society, having a stamp in the membership card on payment of the membership fee for 2024
You will be able to pay the registration fee after preliminary registration in your personal account. The Organizing Committee is entitled to request a document confirming your membership fee payment. The discount is not valid without submission of the document confirming your membership fee payment.
Clinical physicians, postgraduates and full-time medical students participate in the Congress FOR FREE without a membership package. For this purpose, please, register in advance on the Congress website and provide a document confirming your status at the registration desk on the days of the event.
Members of the ROS Presidium and the Congress Organizing Committee are exempted from paying for the participant's materials.

- Payment by VISA and MasterCard bank card:Payment by bank cards of Visa and MasterCard international payment systems is provided by Yandex Checkout processing center. The received client's confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) are processed in Yandex Checkout the processing center. Thus, no one, not even the merchant, can receive the client's personal and banking data, including information about his/her purchases made in other stores.
Conditions for paid participation cancellation
Refusal from participation in the Congress subject to payment of the registration fee is accepted only in writing to e-mail: info@oor.ru according to the sample. The refund is made within seven (7) banking days from the date of the refusal application.
